Bio: I admit it. I LOVE food. As a mom and a doctor, I always feel torn between making something yummy yet nutritious. Adding to my dilemma, is my LOVE of sweets. After completing my certificate in Pastry and Baking from Le Cordon Bleu a couple years ago, I started my own business as a pastry chef, baking specialty cakes and cupcakes to order. Needless to say, I put on a bit of weight during that endeavor. In a few weeks, I will be returning to Le Cordon Bleu for their culinary program. On this blog, I hope to share the lessons I learn from my culinary endeavors, as well as my efforts to stay fit and find balance between a full-time job, full-time school, being a wife, and being a mom to a 3 year old.
